Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time at Shadow & Bloom is reserved exclusively for you at the time of booking.
To maintain availability, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service charge
• Same-day cancellations and missed appointments will be charged 100% of the service total
